    Do you ever have that when you come back from the gym...

    You have problems eating?

    I know im hungry and my food is on front of me but i so dont feel like eating it.
    I have that when i have a hangover and when i just returned from the gym.

            Drink a protein shake after a workout. It's easier to down. I have good pre and post workout nutrition setup, it's critical.

            90 mins before workout eat some carbs and protein. After workout drink a protein shake maybe with a banana, strawberries, milk etc. BCAAs are a plus.

                body is overall unsettled...

                some people tend to CRAVE carbs after, but you should have them before... a little... and burn them..

                    I toss some vitamin powder in my shakes too but, other than that sounds like we have the same ones.
