I have come to the point that I just delete a shitload of them daily without even giving them a look. Of course I always check out the "you made a sale emails".

Well we get pretty great feedback from the stuff in our Flashybabes newsletters! You should check it out when it's sent! We always include hot babes and cool info tidbits, but we also keep it very short and sweet. It's not just promotional, it needs to be entertaining!

Shift + Select + Delete

Especially for the regular daily/weekly newsletters, or when they say "FHGs" or "Galleries" in the subject. I wish there was a way to turn these off.
