Extremly good point! It's similar to Europe. The brits pay twice as much on gas but thier minimum wage is twice as much aswell.

And American's who make min wage, drive older cars that need more gas.

No shit, most European countries are about the size of Maine, so who gives a fuck if gas is more expensive over there. The problem is that our gas is starting to get out of hand really fast, which drives the price of EVERYTHING else up.

Yeah, they love to raise the price of gas for holiday weekends, which kills me because it is the same damn gas that was sitting in those tanks the day before but today t costs more. Give me a fucking break, I could see if you just refilled your stations tanks with gas that cost more then the price would go up.

let me get this straight.

Gas is expensive because:
the dollar fell, pushing speculators into Oil instead of the USD because
the subprime mortgages came due and people defaulted because
the loans were given to people who could not afford them because
fat cat bankers thought they could spin the system and get more money out of it because
they're greedy and banks always need more money.

Did I get that right?
