Umm Moving to Australia an't easy, you gotta have ALOT of money and be willing to start a business here or some very high end qualifcations and 2-3 years wait and bullshit hoops to jump through.

Its a REAL pain in the ass. Moving to Canada or USA for us Aussies is almost as hard too, very difficult moving countries for good. They never make it easy.

Canadian residence work visa/residence = $50,000 cash, plus three years residence. You do not have to surrender your US passport. Canadians, chime in.

Austrailian citizenship = If you move with more than 1MM in assets and you give up your American passport, you can become an Aussie within one year. I would not mention the porn thing. And they do a criminal background check.

If you're Jewish (actually all you have to do is SAY you're Jewish, of course who would pretend to be that that isn't), you can become an Isreali.

There are deals being dealt left and right, and by the time this is over there will be more favors owed on capital hill than ever before. The electoral college are the ones who vote for the President. We have NO say over how they vote. We goto the polls and vote for the local things, but I don't believe that our votes are represented by the electoral college. It will be Clinton and McCain unless the Democratic party decides to scrap their efforts for this term. I really don't support either, but I fear what will happen to this country if we have a Democratic President and Congress. The times this country has survived and done well is when those 2 were controlled by opposing parties. Bush and his Republican Congress have destroyed the dollar. We will rebound, but it is going to take time and a change from the inside out.
