Dumb Business Question. AVI or MP4
I'm zipping up some clips to my member area.
Would you have them as AVIs or MP4's? and yeah, i kinda promote them as ipod-ready (about 10 minute clips at 60mb each).

avi and mp4 are two completely different formats, one is for ipod, the other is for computer screen, seems like a weird either/or to ask

+ avi is a audio/video container and can have whatever inside divx/xvid/mpeg1/etc. for video and mp3/ac3/etc. for audio.

avi does playback good on a windows platform but how about mac users? i think their are stuttering issues. i guess two formats would be better
