I have a suggestion for those of you who run contests. Instead of offering one time payouts on Thursdays from 1pm - 4:52pm, and spending 10k on branding on GFY - why not convert consistently instead?
If I am going to change my traffic, I am going to do it for the promo only then fuck off and you won't make anything. Instead, make my sales worth $100 each by recurring and offering value to the customers and building me a solid 6 month rebill line.
Then again, that's too outside of the box for most program owners.
Except for me I guess, seems I'm the only one with common sense these days.
