ICQ is Down....
ICQ Password Problem is because ICQ.com is Down....
asking me for my password to login - i put in the correct password and it won't work.. the only support you have is call AOL...lol domain - icq.com Registrar...: AOL LLC Expiration Date: 17-Nov-2008 I put this domain on back order...lol  |

I woke up about 3:30 AM and discovered the same problem. I went back to bed and it worked when I got up. So that is my suggestion, go back to bed for a few hours.
