One of the best movies I have ever seen.

If you didnt like Ironman, try checking out Elektra. Much better comic book adaptation!

As for comics writen for 12 year olds, come on now. Er fuck it and nevermind.

They should make you pay at the END of the movie.. So that if you walk out you get to stick it to the man...

I walked out of Miami Vice I couldn't believe how dissapointed I was... I think it was the ugly Asian chick that pushed me over the edge..

If you actually walk out which few ever really do. You just grab a manager and they will give you a credit or refund.

first 30 minutes of it sucked but the rest was pretty good

Iron Man was awesome, and if you don't know why it was awesome... then well, I'm afraid you need awesome lessons.

If you've never collected Marvel comics, Ironman is not the movie for you. For those who did, Ironman was fantastic.

I looked so forward to that movie and you are completly correct. It was so dissapointing.

I think Robert Downey Jr's portrayal of an alcoholic womanizer and some of the more subtle themes were way above a "kids" movie. The subtext for adults was definitely there are not so subtle.

I even stayed to the end of Supernova. :(

So let me get this straight, you walked out of a movie based off a comic book because you already knew how it was going to end....
Dude, thats just as bad as watching a book based movie after reading the book and bitching that you knew what was going to happen already.

The acting was good, the cgi was amazing, and there wasnt any slow points that I noticed, I thought Ironman was a good movie.

Agreed totally, i almost felt asleep while watching it also, the first 10 min was like OKAY... but the rest... to fast. to same. to boring...

I didn't watch yet. But I've heard good things about it..and now, some bad things too...

didn't read the comics as a kid, did enjoy the movie. I was thinking it was going to be chessy. went with son and we both laughed at the same parts. good, not great(not supposed to be) flick

Ironman was ok ... looking forward to Transformers 2 - that was a kick-ass movie

I loved iron man . Every single moment of the movie was great.

Ironman was hands down the best super hero movie I've seen to date. Robert Downey Jr. was born to play Tony Starks. I read the comic books and didn't know how it was going to end so I'm not sure why you would walk out so early. There were several ways it could have went early in the movie.

Being a fan of comic books, I also loved all the innuendo in the movie like when Col. Rhodes looked at the Mark II suit and said, "Not just yet" indicating that he is going to eventually become War Machine. Also, in the background in one of the scenes you can see where Starks is working on Captain America's shield.

On a side note, I loved the preview for The Dark Knight and during the trailer someone says, "I want to introduce you to someone, Mr. Clark Kent" and the scene ended. If you watched I Am Legend, in one of the scenes they showed this image:

Marvel and DC are going all out with integrating all of their heroes into many, many movies and I have a raging boner just thinking about it!

Also, if you haven't seen Ironman yet, don't leave during the credits. There's a surprise ending after the end credits. I will admit, those are some long ass mother fucking credits though.
