What is the best TGP to submit to that lists your URL in real-time after having you create an account in order to have those privilages.

Yea, but even so, often tmies they don't accept your URL due to mass submits.

I see absolutely no point in submitting to "real time" tgp's. Unless noone else submits to them, you're link is halfway down the page or off the page within an hour ala Shaven Ferret.
UNLESS you have partner status and your galleries are placed real time AFTER they've updated for the day  |
