I can't help but think of the surgery ive seen on TV, its like the magic is ruined when you know they knocked her out, cut her open, stuffed bags under her skin, and stitched her shut... I mean how is that hot???

What's the difference? There are good boob jobs and bad boob jobs just like there are nice tits and ugly tits. If they look good who cares whether they're fake or not? Hot is hot!

I think it's more of a size thing. There are a lot of guys, probably majority, that like large tits, so girls who are not so naturally endowed opt for implants.
