God i hate bein sick. Sometime in the middle of the night my throat swelled almost close and my sinuses turned to shit, runnin a fever, etc.. I have a ton of shit todo adnm now i'm not sure if i can cuz these meds make me loopy, how do you all cope w/ the whole working while sick thing, or do you just take a few days off to recover?

Man I got hit with it for a third time in as many weeks. I don't have any down time to take or maybe I'd be able to kick it. Went to the DR and they gave me a Zpak of anti-meds. Hopefully it'll work. Said it could turn to pneumonia so if I don't get better in a week to go get a chest Xray. They took a ton of blood work too cause my brother just got diagnosed with Mono and I may have been exposed...great.
I'm with ya, get better. IF you can take some time off to rest - DO IT.Comment

Just got over strep -- go get an injection. The shot worked in 24 hours. I went from a 104 fever and a raw throat to no fever and barely noticeable scratchy throat. Pills take too long.Comment
