I saw a video of Paris Hilton recently where talking to Hugh Hefner she says (loosely quoted) "Hef you are hot, you are 80 but you act 20 and you look 40 and you are hot"

Keep in mind that most actors are doing all the things that "civilians" don't get to do. A guy like Brad Pitt in his mid-40's usually looks like someones' grandfather. But Brad Pitt, George Clooney, etc. are taking testosterone and a couple of other anabolic steroids AND human growth hormone. Add in a little botox and filler and they not only look great but have the bodies of guys 20 years younger.
Hollywood actors have been taking all that stuff for years. I remember back when I was a little kid in the 1960's the big talk was how they all flew to Sweden to get their human growth hormone shots because it hadn't yet been synthesized like it is now. And of course testosterone and other steroids were all perfectly legal until the late 1980's when the fucking govt. decided to make them illegal in order to make physicians just a little bit richer.
So now when most guys are fat, soft, and old...guys with money just go to the doctor and pick up their testosterone and HGH. Keeps ya young, physically fit, and with a hard dick too!

True that men get better with age.

Me and my sister (20yo) were once on a bus and saw a cute 30yo guy. She says, if only he was 10 yrs younger.... I say, another 10yrs and he will be just perfect!!!

right...and I heard that when women from Hollywood gives birth, they have a esthetic surgery right away on their stomach..... maybe its not true but i wouldn't be surprised
