Enclosed you'll find information about upcoming events, what we've added to products, as well as anything we are in the process of working on. This newsletter is meant for you, OUR CUSTOMER, so we NEED your input! If there is something you think should be included, please let us know! (submission details below)

RECENT FEATURE ADDITIONS & BUG FIXES

NATS v3.1

GAMELINK INTEGRATION - NATS now supports Gamelink as a third-party content provider. For information on setting up an account with Gamelink, please contact Michael at mbrandvold/gamelink/com.

MALLCOM INTEGRATION - Mallcom is now fully integrated with NATS as a third-party content provider. For more information on setting up an account with Mallcom, please contact Shez at shez/mallcom/com.

NETBILLING DIRECT MODE V3 SUPPORT - The latest version of NATS is now equipped to handle transactions from NETbilling merhcants using Direct Mode v3. If you intend to use this feature, you MUST upgrade to the latest version of NATS prior to upgrading your account on NETbilling's end. This will ensure that you maintain the ability to process transactions with NETbilling. If you intend to take advantage of this new feature, please read the following article: http://kb.toomuchmedia.com/idx/0/684/ . For more information on the differences between Direct Mode v2 and v3, please contact NETbilling's Jeremiah at jeremiah/netbilling/com.

ACCOUNT REP EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS - We have added a feature that allows Account Reps to receive email notifications when an affiliate signs up and is assigned to them. This will give your accounts reps the ability to identify their newest clients more easily, which will make for a better affiliate experience.

RSBNATIVE BILLER INTEGRATION - We have recently added RSBNative to our list of supported billers. For more information, please contact Shameel at shameel/riverstyx/net.

DEEP LINKING FOR THIRD PARTIES - NATS linkcodes now supports deep linking to your third parties. This allows you to pass URL parameters to the third party via the linkcode, which gives you the ability to pull up the exact page you want your surfers to see on your third party's site.

IMPROVEMENTS TO STATS PROCESSING - We have recently altered our statistics processing scripts so that it handles and records statistics for type-in transactions more efficiently.

MAILER UPDATE - The mailer scripts have been recently updated to ensure that the "From" field in the mailer is populated for most of the popular email clients such as gmail.

RESELLERS ADMIN UPDATE - The Resellers Admin has been modified so that it uses less memory on your server when accessed.

DIALER USER MANAGEMENT FIX - We have updated our dialer scripts so that they make proper user management calls.

STREAMATE FREE JOINS - NATS nows supports the ability to process free join transactions when using StreaMate as a Third Party.

USERNAME POST URL FIX- The NATS signup process was not posting to the Username Post URL when the surfer elected to use a special join option. This has been fixed.

LOCALBILLING CASCADING - Anyone who uses Localbilling will be happy to hear that Localbilling now supports cascading! This now allows for greater flexibility when it comes time to set up the order of your payment processors.

STATISTICS FIX - There was a typo in one of our statistic functions that was causing the script to fail in rare instances. This has been addressed in our latest version.

WTS CROSS SALES - NATS now supports cross sales from WTS, one of our supported billers.

CARMA

DATABASE CONNECTION UPDATE - We have modified our CARMA scripts so that they will maintain connectivity with the CARMA database more efficiently.

BROKEN THUMBNAIL FIX - We recently fixed a bug that prevented administrators from removing extra video thumbnails from CARMA that did not exist on the server.

SCHEDULING BY GROUP - This new feature gives you the ability to schedule your content based the group the content belongs in. This will give you more flexibility when deciding which content to show to your users.

ADMIN-DEFINED VARIABLES FOR CONTENT SETS - We have added a feature that will allow you to define your own set of custom variables for your content set. This will provide for greater flexibility when searching or limiting content on your site.

MPLAYER B-FRAMES FIX - Newer versions of mplayer do not support a specific configuration option CARMA uses when attempting to create flash videos. We have added a checkbox in the Configuration Admin to disable the option in question.

NATS v4.0
The Age of the Affiliate is here! TeenDolls.com (http://www.teendolls.com) has officially launched the first NATS v4 beta! In addition to numerous new features NATS v4 gives affiliates a completely redone and unequaled stats interface! This is the first opportunity for affiliates to experience all of the new features and reporting included in NATS v4. There is a lot to discover, so feel free to take a look around and try everything. Please also keep in mind this is our first beta release, and there will undoubtedly be some issues and things to clean up. If you discover anything at all that you feel is incorrect or does not function properly, please notify us by using the support tab in the affiliate area of TeenDolls.com. Jettis Cancellation Special Offers - We are currently altering our Jettis processing scripts to support the ability to track special offers that Jettis initiates to surfers when the attempt to cancel their membership.

Webcams Third Party Integration - We are currently working in conjunction with Webcams to integrate them as a third-party content provider in NATS. If you are interested in being a beta-tester for this, please submit a ticket at http://clients.tommuchmedia.com.

CCBill Muilt-Currency Support - We are currently in the final stages of testing this feature, which will allow you to have CCBill process transactions using 6 popular currency types and have the transactions track properly in NATS. If you are interested in obtaining this feature, please submit a ticket at http://clients.toomuchmedia.com.

CARMA v1.3
CARMA Efficiency Upgrades - We are currently looking at a number of scripts relative to CARMA and are working on ways to make certain internal processes quicker.

CARMA Top Actors - We are in the process of adding a new function that will output content sets for a popular actor based on rating or number of views.

CARMA Favorites - We are currently working on a feature that will allow surfers to store and retrieve their favorite content sets or actors. There is also a way for owners to customized the favorites functionality so that you can base this bookmarking system based on a number of various terms such as section or category.

CARMA Background Cleanup - We are currently in the process of testing a background script that will scan the information files in your content directories and remove any corrupted data that may have occurred due to user intervention or computer error.

TMM INSIDER TIP

Email Notifications - Ever wanted to know when one of your surfers was rebilled or charged back? NATS actually allows you to configure automatic emails to you whenever a surfer joins, rebills, credits, or charges back. This is can all be configured in your Configuration Admin -> Emails. Here you can also change the other various e-mail related settings such as the address that shows up in the "From" field when NATS sends emails to your affiliates or surfers.
