                We are talking about online here, I know loads of people who type kk, I do too. Fuck knows why it just feels better then typing k. Obviously nobody says it in real life do they... Do they? :|

                    its more along the lines of lazy typing for , "Ok cool" or "gotcha"

                    and yes, it does stem from online gaming, particularily, MMO's.
