    discounted on cancel offers, what works best

    I'm talking about the discounted offers, when the surfer tries to cancel and lower rebill price is offered to him, in order to keep him.
    What works best for you?

    I'll start with sharing my experience.
    Currently on average sign-up price of $29.95 I'm offering discount price of $9.95 but of the last 420 cancels only 1 user actually took it (yeah, amazing i know :> )

    So, what works best for you?

      You need to set up a poll for the reason why they are quitting in the first place... if only 1 person is taking a lower priced option, then it sounds like it has nothing to do with price or ability to pay..

      You need more information.

                          well i also have quite a lot people rebilling much above the average, some of them for over 12 months now. Some people just want to move on or cut expenses. I mean even if the site is very good they are not going to rebill for ever, but some cheap discount price may make them think twice. So i was just wondering with what price the most people have had good results.
