?? if they did not opt in to ur site they are not an OPT-IN list once u buy them from someone

if that person mails and they opt in to theire site then OK but they opted in to that person's co. not the buyer

not that anyone really sells opted in lists anyhow lol

depends upon the terms on the opt-in.......
most opt-ins mention that the list may be sold, rented, leased, etc. or at least some language to that effect......

noone with a REAL OPT IN LIST would be selling it nehow

or selling it 4 a price u could afford lol

the only sites w/ a TOS in their opt-in are the sponsor progs or ppl who do paid mailings
