You can spam the ex -member to sign up again, and when he isnt a member anymore, then you can also spam him with other sites, or sell your members list to another company etc.

You do not have to mail ex-members to pay a higher pps.

Of course, the majority of programs mail ex-members, without any type of opt in process.

Most programs appear to think that since you signup for a site and are forced to agree to terms, then that makes it legal or something, for them to email people.

It's not legal to mail your ex-members without an opt in process and following the exact mail laws, which 98% of the programs mailing ex-members don't do.


We did scare away the surfer, they have been bent over and fucked every way possible over the last 10 years, email is only part of the fucking. Hell, we are a industry that can get caught for bad shit, sued, and hammered by the Gov - but no worries, as long as those Webmaster checks keep coming - nobody will care.

Thanks for telling the Truth, and if it's not email then it's something else. Most of these scam programs live on fucking the surfers with upsells and cross sells and tons of other shitty ways to milk the cow. They only think about 1 surfer at a time. When they milked that one, then it's over to the next, never thinking long term or thinking about that milked cow they just milked.

I can go on and on but only 1 in 20 cares about ethics in the adult selling process

I agree with that, i dont think its normal on a paysite though however there are lots of sites like myfreepaysite who allow access for your email address or a $1 and bombard you with a lot of shit.

What a great post so far. Really shows where peoples' heads are at. I really think, in the long run, surfers are way more intelligent than 1/2 this boards gives them credit for...and they're getting smarter every day, and while the shit birds will always be around, the smarter the surfer gets, the more he steers clear of the mess...which means the legit people will grow over time, and most of the shit will get flushed down the toilet.

What myfreepaysite does is 100% legit, mailing wise. His surfers have to go through a double opt in process, through a 3rd party white listed mailing backend. From what I can tell he sends out maybe one newsletter every 1.5 months - and they clearly follow the rules.

It is not just adult, It is anything. My brother is at my house looking online for a car. He uses one of my emails to get a reply on two sites and I have over 40 spams in 2 days from 10-12 different sites. Trying to sell me cars, car insurance and anything else they can think of LOL, if a new member got 40 emails he would shit and never come back lol

I wish I had more surfers like that. If you attract lots of surfers from India or Egypt, you'll instead be getting e-mails like "woooaa" "hi" "how are you?" "i sex" "sent me porn" from them.
