You all seen those ads.. software that can do reserve lookups even on unlisted numbers, or license plates, or drivers licenses etc.. anyone actually use any of those just to try? tell me!!!

I have seen "Net Dective" or something and all it had was outdated address of public records offices for each state...

I've got Net Detective. Its basically just a utility that makes searching faster than if you went looking for each individual database all over the country. Overall though Google will do the job just as easily taking you to sites that have all a state's public databases listed.

If you know basic background research techniques, you can find nearly everything related to people's property and business records, their SSN, phones, court records, criminal records, traffic violations, etc. online now.

If you really want the full scoop on someone, Private Investigators can dig up everrying and find banking info, and more detailed background data, although their techniques usually involve a bit of trickery to gather info or having connections to people inside law enforcement and other government agencies who have full access to all the confidential federal and state super databases.

The description of these programs is a bit deceiving.. and intentionally so I'm thinking..

They make it sound like the program itself can do all that it says, when in fact it should say, "Resources for finding anything on anyone" because that's all you can find with these programs (link list)..
