Ever had a significant lottery win?
I don't play very often but I decided to buy a ticket this week but I don't think I have ever won more than ten pounds ($20) at one time. Anybody ever had a significant lottery win?

its fixed anyway... they tape it the night before, film a version where the numbers they want to appear come up, and then say its live on tv... total cheat...
i prefer phone in shows with premium rate numbers... much more fun... |

I won $50 the day before I was headed to Vegas. I thought it was a sign I was going to win big, but turns out it was a sign I was going to get wrecked on the strip and lose all my money.
On the bright side, I don't remember much of it, so I don't have much to dwell on.

won $50,000 on a scratch ticket about ten-eleven years ago...
never got to see the full 50 though.. lottery office took 33% tax right off the top... walked out with a check for $33k and change... |

My great grandparents won like 100k (they really need it cause their estate is only worth 15 million or some damn thing) Most I won is $100 |

$4300. Had 5 out of 6 numbers, sixth number was 13, I had a 12, or prize would have been 2.5 million at age 23, I would not be here today.
With the amount I drank, and the pounds of cocain I snorted working for 7 bucks an hour, I would have died for sure if I had money then.

There is a joke I came up with that I want to play on someone, but it's too cruel.
Ask someone if they want you to pick up a lottery ticket for them. Then you have them at your house watching the drawing on TV. They win... or so they think they've won. In reality, you just recorded a past drawing and played it back. |
