Of course she wasn't seriously thinking she was going to be a slave again. She's a comedian, and she was making a point. They're always saying "the founding fathers" wanted it this way or that way. Well conditions during that period in our country were a lot different than they are today too. Blacks were slaves, and could not vote. Women could not vote. The constitution gets changed to prohibit this kind of thing. Stop using the constitution to pick and choose what they meant by it when it suits your agenda and don't pretend that you're just pro-constitution when you try to debate it.
