I have 2 Dutch friends who could attest to the illegality of such operations but unfortunately they were buried with lots of bullet holes from the PI Feds after a shoot out outside on of their cam houses in Manila some time ago.
Suffice to say LOTS of money is paid to all the right people for most of the cam operations to operate.
And remember, paying bribes in the PI does NOT always mean you shall be protected. in fact, far from it.
No matter how safe you THINK you may be, some little bastard somewhere always will have their hand out for a drink or a bigger share.
