redtube.com was down a few days last week and i thought that they were gone. but they're back. i wonder if the hosts are turning them off because of DMCAs.

I seriously doubt that. These guys are paying 5-6 digit monthly bandwidth bills.

i noticed they were up a few hours ago because i was checking how many of them are still uploading pirated content. i noticed some of them have slowed down & becoming more legit.

that doesn't really matter. the host has the same amount of time as google or anyone else to comply with DMCA takedown notices.

they have to follow the guidelines, doesn't matter how much they get paid. i think one of the hosting companies here will tell you. processors too.
