Today.. I held my first workshop lighting demo..

It went good.. Learned a couple of things.. I used to teach computer and teach photography was different but I really enjoyed it..

We covered one and two light set-ups.

No Reflector

Silver Reflector

Gold Reflector

Two Light Set-up

I am going to be holding another demo I think in about a month or two.. let me know if some local vegas people want to come..

Great thread. But how about possibly a photo of the light set up in the room? That way I could see where you pose your lights in regards to where your model is. Thanks.

Funny.. I don't have any picture of the light set up. The workshop was video taped so I can do some screen capture.. but it was super simple lighting

Why is there blur on her neck? What is that from?

a finger print on the lens I think..

a lot of people where touching my "gear" and I think there is a finger print or something on the back barrel part of my lens

Thanks for those. I just learned a new technique on where to place my second light. I shoot mostly for escorts in hotel rooms. I had been using one light on each side of the bed. Now I will try moving my smaller light off to the side behind her.
