              Send him and the host DMCA.
              Then, if they ignore, start sending emails to all of the sponsors he has stolen content from, so THEY can start sending DMCAs too. Don't give up!

                                  He cannot email a dmca to the host that will do anything unless he is the owner of the content. Thats how dmca works you must be the content owner to request its removal.

                                          Why isnt the owner of the site not banned on gfy? ICE saw his post in traffic trades/gallery requests and only removed his domain because of "spamming other boards".. Hard to believe that no one really gives a fuck, so why should i?
