    for my docu request

    they declind it all but no longer want any documents? lol

    Look at all this crap i have had to do w/ epass and look at the dates

      I uploaded all documents 4 weeks ago, they got reviewed and approved the next day, no problem. But all out of a sudden they decided to block my account today telling me that they've never received any documents, ignoring that it says otherwise in my accounts upload section

      Please Epass guys, I don't care if you charge twice as much per transaction, but PLEASE hire some Staff with an IQ above 30....

          i uploaded mine and a couple hours later it was approved
