I need something that can seat 2 - 4 people and hold a few desktops along with 3 or 4 laptops. Nothing Matrix like, just something sleek and simple that will do the trick.

    Any pics, links or ideas?

Have not really seen anything. Might have to go custom build on that.

That was the plan. I'm in Asia, was going to show them a pic and have someone make it (probably a bunch of 9 year old Filipinos) with any tweaks I had.

You are in Asia and you are going to have someone make your desks so this simple solution may not apply, but the best solution for me is to get two L-shaped flat glass/metal desks from Office Max and put them side by side to form a half rectangle. I have four workstations set up that way, ideal for two people at a time. I roll between my laptop and editing pc in one side of the room while my employee uses the P4 for design and the encoding pc can do it's thing in the other corner.

I used to do that exact thing back in the states. Worked great.

I may end up doing the same thing but out of teak wood and made to look nice with a glass top. Will let you know how it pans out, IF it pans out. lol I could order that and end up getting a bed.
