Not want you want to hear or what I want you to do with a nice kitty.. but just so you know, I once took a dog to be put to sleep with lethal injection. The interesting thing about that is that is almost instantaneous.

By the time the dog started to feel that a needle had been put on him, he was long gone. Basically, in the blink of an eye.
