Well no its basically the simplest thing ever, but better then a vending machine in the airplane seat. I was with a company trying to put out a magazine into a world full of the same mags, k. My idea was to attract attention to our magazine by making the monthly centerfold waterproof and removable from the magazine , so u could have a visual in the shower when your wackin it! when you say patent pending, that means you have already filed the paperwork... when did you file it? it could take 3-4 years for your patent to get approved.
Sounds like you have a process patent, since its a way of upselling a magazine.
