I have a domain name that I've really done nothing with for years.

This domain name has been regged since October 31 1997. (More than 10 Years)

It has no page rank, or content to speak of.

The sale is really for the value of the name itself and the age and as the experts know, can really help with SEO. They seem to be big on domain age right now.

Thank you. I bought it many years ago and really never did much with it. I had plans, but as with most things, I never got around to it.

Social networking aside, there is also the whole aging part of society that the domain can fit with (in a non sexual capacity) that would also fit well with the domain. They say in 2010, there will be more folks of the retired age than of the working demographic. Don't know if that is true but that's a whole big market for "adult community" for the forward thinking developer.

Then you factor in the whole social networking sex sites blah blah. I really think there is a great amount of potential for a domain name like this. I just really don't have the time to do anything with it myself.

So many projects, so few hours.

Semi-premium domain. Definitely not worth $15,000.

The value is all in the eyes of the buyer. Without traffic the value is completely subjective. It's one person's $500 domain and another's $5000 just depends on if the right person sees it for sale.

Just like any other domain for adult IMHO.. however if you kept the porn off it, you could likely set it up as a directory service or something of the like for over 50 adult communities. (ie old farts communities)
