ic they pay like 90$ for a signup I was wondering if that is just from a flat out sale like the customers signs up and pays that day.

ok this is what I mean to get paid the 90$ per sale, can the user signup for free, and then get those follow up emails that girls want to screw them ect? Or to get the 90$ they have to signup with there cc the same day. There admin area is soo unclear.
