It's starting in May. The checks are issued based on the last 2 digits of your social security number. Not everyone will get $600, its up to $600 for single.

I'm suppose to be getting $300 July 27, I'm planning on buying a 22" monitor to go with my other one.

If you filed a tax return for 2007
$600 to singles making less than $75,000
$1,200 to couples making less than $150,000
$300 rebates per child
