Something similar hit me about a month ago and had me down for close to a week.

Sounds like the Flu. Lots of water and sleep. Take acetaminophen for the headache.

I had something similar not too long ago; lots of rest, vitamins, and the Advil cold/flu day/night combo worked for me!

I had basically the same thing right after the Phoenix Forum!
I slept as much as possible and lived on crackers for 3 days. Good luck!

i'm constantly getting sick. I got Pneumonia, about three years ago, and have never been able to recover from it.

I've changed my diet. Currently a vegeterian, and I still get sick.

Just got sick 2 weeks ago, still getting over it since it became a sinus infection.

It was 3 years up until 2 days ago.. Still a little sick. With the way things go I should be good for another 3 years after this one.

Been awhile, but I also tend to wash my hands as soon as I get home from being in public. Also if I feel even a little "off", I'll chug orange juice and force a nap. Knock on wood.

Just got sick too. You can use DayQuil to survive an event but rest will be only answer!

Take a Contac Complete nighttime pill and get TONS of sleep and water. You should wake up feeling much, much better.

it's been while already, not even last year. wow, i'm good and healthy...

On a side note, for you to get well, take lots of water, rest well, eat fruits and take your meds.

I've got a stomach flu right now. Nausea, don't want to eat, headache and diarhea like i've never had before. I've went through 9 rolls of toilet paper in the last 2 days. My asshole is so sore from wiping. It's not even crap coming out, its just straight water. Not even brown anymore, its transparent like tap water.

I get sick once a year pretty much. Just make sure you rest a lot and you'll probably be good by Saturday!
