I'm not from there, but I do know that there are plenty of firms that will set up a "company" for you ... I put the word company in quotes because it seems to be just a formality, like getting a hotel or travel agent to sponsor you when you visit Russia

I'd do a search for CZ firms that do this on the web and contact them about the details.

Well I can set you up, one of my best friends is actually running www.kap-consulting.cz .

This is the Russian version for the clients from East, the prices are moderate and with his know how you can get incorporated pretty fast.
