Earth based telescope beats Hubble.

http://www.beyond2000.com/news/Oct_0...y_%201390.html

"The Hubble Space Telescope has long been lauded as the biggest breakthrough in astronomical investigation. That is, until now. An international collaboration between astronomers across the globe has resulted in the creation of an Earth-sized virtual telescope that is capable of detecting features 3,000 times smaller than the Hubble can see.

...

The resolution achieved by this telescope is the equivalent of sitting in New York and being able to see the dimples on a golf ball in Los Angeles.

Huh? Retards? Oh, yes, it must have been an amateur retard astronomer that found this:

Hubble Spots an Icy World Far Beyond Pluto

"NASA's Hubble Space Telescope has measured the largest object in the solar system ever seen since the discovery of Pluto 72 years ago"

Nothing any of us couldn't have done.

Oh, here's a few more things Hubble has found:

Um... they are in the process of building it.

And, the article says: "The telescope has successfully picked up radio signals from galaxies more than 3 billion light years away.".

It's a radio telescope and the reason the telescope is so powerful is that it is a number of telescopes linked together to make one more powerful one. The first two telescopes are in AZ and already functional as one. That's how it has "successfully picked up radio signals from galaxies more than 3 billion light years away" already.
