well, it's not a huge company like AOL so the complaints will be either non-existent or extremely minimal. plus there's nothing illegal about it. it's not like unsolicited email or some myspace bot that requires accounts, whether mass created or phished.

edit: and if you think affiliate programs dislike this type of traffic, you must not know any program owners on a friendly first name basis ;) i'm not going to namedrop, but you'd be surprised.

you'd think so, but they're always coming and going. plus the bot is quite rapid, i usually hit every chat in about a minute. unless i'm using tor, then it takes a couple minutes depending on proxy speed. nevertheless it's effective and makes money. that's really all that matters.

and no the ratios are a hell of a lot better than you'd get from a blog or tgp site. not that i know anything about operating garbage like that. you can easily entice chatters beforehand and have better luck converting than with other methods.

haha, true. This sort of thing just ticks me off because I run mainstream sites where I have to moderate public comments before posting because of spammers (and this takes a LOT of time). It's fuckin ridiculous how these idiots think they can ride on the coattails of someone else's hard work. These are the types of "webmasters" where if they were not spamming, they'd be mopping floors at 3 AM. Not that there is anything wrong with that, it's just a fact. Legit and business are two words that don't go together with them. They don't have the mentality to succeed, so they bottom feed and then say "to each his own."
