now I am pretty laid back , my new nieghbours ( above) have steel feet and thump the day away , now I usually dont do to much about it , so that the odd day I decide to blast music or get hammered and act like a moron , I dont have them bitching.

but my wife on the other hand , grabs the broom and spans the entire place jamming the broom handle into the ceiling , about 150 times at full force (like a raving psycho )

I used to live in a complex that was full of Hondurans and El Salvadorians. You should have heard the circus music my upstairs were playing. Talking to those esaes doesn't do a thing. It took a big ass argument, pepper spray, the Fire Department, and lastly the Police to break up something that almost turned into a murder scene. I got a bottle broken over my head (thank god it didn't hurt), I openly threatned every last one of those wetbacks out in the main parking lot.

That's the ONLY thing that got them to stop. Mass ignorance to the extreme!

I eventually moved. I couldn't afford to get into fights every other weekend with those wetbacks doing something stupid all of the time.

Next time book a black metal band. If that does not work invite Celine Dion and have her try. If that does not work step three would be to have the DC sniper take care of the problem. Hope the first option works because the second and third will get you arrested. The second because it will drive the people to suicide and the third for conspiracy.

We terrorized our neighbors in pittsburgh, with 20 people coming in & out at all hours, stomping around.....jumping up & down, blasting music.
