Spring has come. Did any allergies come also?
I love spring: Sun, flowers, fresh air...
But this year my eyes itch, my mouth and nose itch and I sneeze every couple of mins. I guess I'm having the typical "Spring allergy". Does it hit you too?

yes, my eyes arent that bad, but the nose is terrible
in fact I'm also allergic against dust so I suffer from full nose and nose breathing problems all my life ! (but no, dont have asthma) problems with my sinuses don't help either did you try doing some anti allergy therapy? personally im only taking Claritine or eqivalent in spring and some nose drops (and eye drops very rarely, only if they are itching really bad) but it doesnt really help that much overall i've learned to live with it and accept it as it is, but i'd so much welcome the possibility to get rid of the allergies all together ! In my case I'd want to get rid of my allergy against dust mites, pollen and animals like dogs and cats, i havent really researched the recent findings but as far as I'm aware there's no possibility to eliminate all of my allergies permanently.

yea got it each year for about a month long (april/may). Dont do anything against it like nose spray etc, it only seems to make it worse. I know it will be over in a month so that is acceptable.
