Dmca question

Hi,

A theoretical situation which I like to know. Say.. I have a blog site that have various post of free links of galleries and movies on my site. An owner of some of the galleries ask to remove them, that's within his right.. but he also ask to remove some of other links too. He have no copyright ownership to them nor have authorization to do so.

Does he have a right? I don't think he does. If you file a counter-claim back with proof will the host just re-activate the content? or is this have to settle in court? Any DMCAer expert care to give an insight?

Thanks.

How in the fuck could someone ask you to remove links with a DMCA if he has no rights or ownership to the content in question? Laugh in his fucking face and spit on him.
