Amazing Weekend! Golf and More! How did everyone do this weekend?

Started out Saturday. Went with KB to get breakfast at Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles. If you ever go, I recommend the Carol C's plate with a side of gravy. Plenty of southern fried chicken and the best waffles you'll ever mack on. Then went to the Ritz Carlton/Langham pool in Pasadena. Place is seriously straight the pimpest place in L.A. Awesome environment to spend a Saturday in.

Sunday, played golf with Mitch, Shahan, and Mike. I came down at least 12 strokes on my game from the last time I played that course. Shot a 113. Seems like a lot, but for me, 125+ is about the norm. One of the hardest courses I've ever been on and I am ecstatic with that score. Of course Shahan killed it, Mitch always plays pretty well, and Mike crushes the ball pretty consistently. I hit a 280 yard tee shot on 18. Which is my longest.

Then, just had the perfect amount of sushi at Samsala's in Northridge with Bizzle. Watching Fox Sunday cartoons to call it a night.

How did everyone do this weekend? How was the weekend?

Thanks Coach!

I fell apart on 7-9. I have to stay hydrated when I'm out there. Once I ate and downed some Gatorade my strength came back on the back 9. When my strength goes I can't hit the ball straight consistently.

Thank you my friend. It's always refreshing and good for the soul to get out there with you guys in nature and smack some compressed rubber around.

Let's do that more often.

Well I got out of the city already on thursday night to see some of the family and a dentist.

Worked remotely on friday till like 2 AM, borrowed a BMW on saturday cause mine is being fixed and drove around the country side a bit, had a great dinner in a special fish restaurant with my old mate from college and his girl, then in the evening we had a couple drinks in a bar and I overslept at their place..

It was like a trip to a different world to me to see someone living actually a very peaceful life.

Downside is that I actually enjoyed beeing the driving guy and I didn't even felt like beer, I did one from the can before I went to sleep and I was sucking it like it was my first love..

Something has changed, I don't feel like preaching straight edge, but not only that I don't smoke for a month already I also don't feel like drinking... weird.

I've been trying to golf regularly so I can improve enough to play at webmaster shows Didn't go this week though.

I like going midweek and playing by myself, very relaxing...

Yah man. The driving range is the key. You have to practice regularly just like any other sport. I can see it in my game that I go to the range every week at least once now.

It is totally the key!

I miss CR - thinking about a trip down there this summer, I'll bring my clubs

You can play the webmaster tournaments at any level because they are shotgun / best ball games. Just get on a team with good players

Sounds like a great time - Wish I was there! Time for us to meet up and play a few rounds Eric.

Harmik and I played in a tournament on Saturday - Club Match Play Championship, first round, and pulled off coming 3 holes behind from hole number 12 to win by one. Second round here we come!

Allthough your weekend sounds great, mine is right up there with one of the best so far this year...

Saturday Golf with Caz, Bruce, Shahan, JJSlimm, Derreck, Mike and Chris and Angeles, played really well, missed the win by a few strokes, had some amazing shots. (Bruce and Mike won the day, nice guys) Had a blast.

Sat Night went to see Chris Rock after eating at Bubba Gump Shrimp (not bad at all, lol) with JJSlim, Amiee and Aaran - He killed it, funny as shit for an hour and 1/2.. Still laughing, then had a few drinks at The Rack, crashed out around 2.

Sunday took my boy (Tyler) to the Farm (love that place) for some Bfast, then bowling (the kid is 4 and he beat me 3 games), then chilled in the pool for a few.

Overall, basically a perfect weekend....

Intervention at Hard Rock San Diego with Mike Walsh, pretty damn entertaining my friend. It was like an old school reunion. Lets golf down here in SD, let me know spanky.

We were playing some captain and lone wolf game. I don't know how it rolls really. I just played to do my personal best counting penalty strokes and everything. All I care for now is I keep 8's and 7's off of my scorecard at robinson ranch. It's such a hard course that if I can go 5's and 6's for the next 6 months to a year I'm happy.
