ya, the galleries dont work so I rate it a 0, well 1 if you count that I got to see pics of teens for FREE, yay

1) I doubt you have permission to use those images in your header
2) Lose the peel ad
3) There are enough teen thumb tgps to last 1000 lifetimes

What everyone else said, AND, you have the click thru cash banner resized, which may be no big deal but it's enough of a reason for them to not have to pay you.

and I'm sure you plan to add more galleries but NEVER use so many galleries from one girl. Why would anyone join with all those free galleries?

Basically, it looks like you need to start over. It's all wrong atm.

My two cents is:
1) Loose the subdomain name. Find a good teen domain name and use that.
2) Get rid of the header. Takes up way too much space on top. You are not a paysite so loose it as well.
3) Add some more thumbs & make them bigger then 150x110.
4) Make an external CSS file.
5) Work on your SEO for the site. You have no description tag & your title tag is too general.

It always takes work!

that was originally my thought for the free stuff, stick it at the bottom ( i will

I'm contemplating purging once the pages / site is working, and reloading the galleries.

Question, how many galleries should I have in each niche???? right now i'm at around 4200 or something like that? I think that might actually be pictures tho, not galleries. I'm still getting used to how smart thumbs breaks things down.
