              I do 1 or 2 mate de coca in the morning with 1 portion bag of sugar in each.

              Then just water or beer rest of the day.

              Used to be a lot worse on the sugar, my doctor has been telling me for years I'm going to go diabetic if I don't improve lol ... fucker, I like my sugar!
