Thats insane. I found my dream home in Florida and in total it has 19 rooms, a courtyard, two porches, a pool and hot tub with garden and you get change for $400K

When you are in NYC, you should stop into the lobby of The Pierre - it is so beautiful. But I have seen islands for sale, with staff - that cost less to buy, than a NYC apt.

This is a steal, there is attended lobby, concierge AND you can have pets (I think they are refering to penthouse pets)

Absolutely nothing. Its a new build. My girlfriend came across the house builders site. We're trying to get a Visa to move to Florida and if we do then we're buying this house. We've been to Florida several times, also going back for New Year this year and we'll take the opportunity to look around at more house builders.
