    Teacher Fired for Viewing Porn Sues District

    Jezz, 9 m for that?!

    MILWAUKEE ? Robert Zellner, a former teacher and union leader fired from his job in Cedarburg, Wis., for viewing adult material on a school computer, filed a $9 million civil rights lawsuit in federal court last week.
    In another suit, Zellner is asking the Wisconsin Supreme Court to return him to his job.

    Zellner said he did a search that turned up the adult images only because he wanted to see if the school district had installed blocking software. The statement in the suit is the first time that Zellner has explained publicly why he viewed the adult images for 67 seconds on a Sunday.

    The defendants in the suit are the Cedarburg School District, the district's lawyer, the superintendent, an administrator and School Board President John Pendergast.

                      schools are an arm of the State. your children can be interviewed now without having to inform parents if FBI or police do it via school...

                      dont send your kids to or work for public schools.

                      home school your children and they do not become property of the state for 8 hours a day

                                          Yeah, if you sign that your child can receive medical care from the nurses office, they can give your 11 year old girl birth control pills in Maine. And they WILL NOT inform parents of it either.

                                          That should be criminal.

                                          But you know what, some states now will not permit home schooling unless the "teacher" (parent) has a teaching degree. In other words, it's gov. versus mom and dad. No other way to see it. Very sad and scary indeed.

                                          But oh, if you go in on a sunday and try to see if "porn" is blocked and it's not, kiss your career goodbye. Awesome.

                                                      I worked a couple summers at Hewlett Packard when I first started college and I remember coming back from lunch and seeing a guy being walked out in cuffs. Turns out he was rocking CP on his computer at work.

                                                      What an idiot, besides the the fact is was CP, doing it at work when you know that their security department specifically looks for things like that.
