I sent Google an Infringement notification

I found some my non-released N/N videos on Google. I don't have any idea how they got them, but they had them on the web for all to see.
Following the instructions from Google Videos website I sent them a (snail mail) letter to remove the videos.
36 hours later I got this email and all the videos where gone.

In accordance with our Copyright Complaints Procedure, we've completed
processing your infringement complaint. We've removed from the Google
Video index the content you requested.

Please contact us should you have any questions.

    Sincerely,

    The Google Team

It looks like Google takes the videos from other websites, they don't do user uploads. My videos didn't have any watermarks or any way to tell where they came from but now that I think about it,,,,I did email them using my Gmail

As I've mentioned in other piracy threads....

That is all you have to do. The big G will take your shit down if you hit them with a DMCA, or C&D. You just have to provide info, and swear out your affidavit.

Not only can you get content removed, you can get sites removed from the index.

                          Should You Email Your Members?
