Ok I need the following

5 sites

+ 4 member section designs.

No banners etc needed.

Work will go like this:

1 site = large job

Other 4, same designer will do site and member area.

I will provide all specifications, DETAILED specifications and all content , lots of it!

No bullshit or time wasters please, i like people who work to deadlines and actually fucking keep the dead line. I would like to state they are NOT PAYSITE designs that I require. So experience in html and graphics is needed...

ICQ is a must, i will pay 50% up front, then you produce a preview, we modify, then final project delivered. All work will be given out tonight, I DO NOT want 1 designers doing everything work will be shared out.

Post a link to your PROFILE (direct link NOT to front page) and 2-3 designs u have done and are doing well with.

If you require references on me, regarding payment, they can be provided.

If your a SHIT designer, do not contact me.

Post away.... I will be checking thread next 4 hours and all jobs will be allocated.

but I wanted to play along with the other guys anyway.... and chances are that RealitySites won't be continuing beyond the Visa deadline, so the design may be up for grabs shortly..... another possiblity.... won't know for sure for a while though....

I DID contact him before about this, he said he would come back to it. That was like 3 weeks ago. Like I said before it's not about the amount of $. He was going to paypal me but never did, so no cheques involved at this case.

On the other hand I am not trying to stab him in the back, and I am sure we will work something out.

What are you doing with all these designers Darren? There is a new thread from you in desperate need for designers every week when you seem to have failed to wrap up past orders. I find this rather strange and figure something is up.

Are you farming out work? Are you buying designs, possibly even paying 50% up front, and then selling them to someone else and making a profit off of various designers?

But what if he were to give a 50% deposit, and then claim he was unsatisfied with the first presentation of the work, and then just not ever come back to finish the order? What I don't understand, Darren, and I have discussed this with you on few occassions, is why you do not find a designer whose work you are happy with, and use that designer over again for new projects ??

I cannot speak for others here, but I know I give my loyal customers a pretty good break in price for their loyalty ...
