To me it seems that there is little true difference between male and female outside of reproduction organs.

I think that most of the other differences seen are developed around gender rules that have been defined by the society.

you're ignoring all the effects of testosterone and estrogen on the human body. There is no question whatsoever that these and other genderlinked hormones have a tremendous effect on the body almost right from conception.

There are many scientific and sociological studies out there that show that men and women are quite different.

Indeed, while it is not yet proven, i wouldn't be surprised if gender dysphoria(trannies), is shown to be due to a hormal imbalance while in the womb.
