Do you mean that late 90s trance/ambient/whatever artist who remixed 3 second vocal clips into 10 minute long snorefests that made awesome hold music because at the 3 minute mark people would just crack?

If so, awesome. I remember liking BT. I'd probably be shocked if I listened to it now.. I remember the one time I accidentally listened to Rob Dugan.. ho boy.
