Sure scripts solve the problem of catching dropped links. But doesn't do fuck all for the fact that the link trade was dropped without notice.
With a "script", his link was still stripped down, I'm sure you guys are both smart enough to realise the poster wasnt complaining that a link was dropped and he didnt know. He was choked because the link was dropped period.

your welcome blog was taken down months ago and i left links still up there for awhile in fact there are still up there before the redirect and i notifed whoever had i had contact info for if ya didnt get it or no contact info i can only do so much 5 or so so people got back to me with acknowledgement that they got notice the reest i dont have time too chase and the links ares till up there anyways before redirect (dont know if that even matters tbh but i left it up )
