It's been awhile.. but I think it's an "upgrade"?
Like, it's $29.95 to join 1 and another $20 for everything else.. I haven't actively promoted them in a long time so it may have changed.

I don't think you can promote it directly, but I know you get credit for it when people join/upgrade to it because I've seen it in my stats.

The "all teenrevenue pass" is only offered as an exit on the joinpage, hopefully they will have direct linking codes soon.
Rebill/upgrade is when a member rebills early and upgrades their membership to all sites. First rebill payout is $10 then something like $14 for the rest

I believe it is a popup when the surfer leaves the site, only seems to work in older browsers. I get quite a few sales through it though.
