Not that my opinion really means anything in the grand scheme of things but to say this guy or guys are pro would not reflect anything I have seen or read. Not that I'm a pro but I did attend scout/sniper school back in 95 in the Marine Corp.

Also as I believe it is one person it would not surprise me if it turned out to be two. A proper by the book sniper team would consist of two. I believe this person/persons would like everyone to believe there pro but in reality they have had very little to no military training yet have probably read several military handbooks on scout/sniper teams.

As for law enforcement?s ability to catch them I would say they really have there work cut out for them. The biggest thing they can hope for would be that these guy's make a big mistake somewhere. What they may lack in actual military training the make up for in criminal sophistication.

Topal, I'm a certified machinist... Give me a mill and a lathe with some drawings and I can turn out any sort of weapon you want in a couple of days. And guess what? A mill as well as a lathe WILL fit in a garage. :winkwink:

I've never made a gun, but I have made an awful lot of intricate parts that are alot harder to deal with than a gun. ANY machinist could do it. Whether they are certified or not. So if the guns aren't for sale in a store they will be in car trunks.

We hope they catch these nuts soon too. It's a terrible thing. :(

The NRA donates huge money to politicians. That's why politicians love guns, not because of the constitution.

I think there is validity to the argument that having guns protects you, the people, from your government.

On the other hand, many gun nuts are so brainwashed by right wing propaganda that they would probably shoot themselves if Bush or Rush told them to. Propaganda can be more powerful than guns if it's used correctly, and the right wing knows how to control stupid people.
